Warning if you make this once, people will request you make it again.....
Preheat oven to 375
Crust Mix:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 tsp cinnamon
Butter pie plate& press in-Remove and Chill
Filling:
1 lb. Cream Cheese
3 eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 pint sour cream
Beat Cream Cheese until fluffy, add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add sugar gradually, beat until fluffy, add vanilla and mix in sour cream thoroughly. pour in pan BAKE 20 MINUTES SHUT OFF OVEN. KEEP CLOSED ONE HOUR. (chill for about a day it taste better.)

in the directions for the cheescake crust...what is it you remove?
